Paul has over twenty-seven years of leadership experience across the private and public sectors, beginning as a front-line supervisor and steadily ascending to positions of increased responsibility. He has held pivotal roles such as team leader, department director, chief training officer, staff training coordinator, facility manager, program coordinator, staff training and development director, behavioral learning advisor, and executive director. Paul's career has spanned the fields of juvenile justice, intellectual disabilities, senior living, training and development, and education. Throughout his career, he has facilitated thousands of hours of development initiatives and spearheaded several successful performance, talent, and change management initiatives for various organizations. Paul holds a master's degree in organizational performance and a bachelor's degree in human and social services administration from Bellevue University. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Lincoln, Nebraska. In his free time, Paul enjoys football, writing, music, and spending time with family and friends.
